Crystal Thackston is the founder of Bridging Wellness LLC, a functional wellness company dedicated to restoring movement, reducing pain, and building lasting strength through personalized stretching, training, and nutrition coaching. Her path into this work wasn’t linear. It was built through real-life experience, resilience, and a deep curiosity about how the body works. After navigating personal health challenges, multiple career paths in education and law enforcement training, and firsthand exposure to ineffective and often judgmental fitness environments, Crystal recognized a gap between traditional healthcare treatment and true physical function. That realization led her to create Bridging Wellness, a place where movement, education, and dignity come first.

Backed by multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including personal training, nutrition coaching, and stretching specialization, Crystal combines professional expertise with a teaching background that sets her apart. Her approach focuses on doing things correctly so results actually last, whether that means improving mobility, building strength, or supporting overall health.

She works with a wide range of clients, including those with chronic pain and physical limitations, always with the goal of helping them understand their bodies and gain independence in their wellness journey. At Bridging Wellness, the focus isn’t just on short-term results. It’s about creating sustainable, real-life change.
